BestTread™ Return Policy

Unused BestTreads™ in stock colors are returnable within 30 days. Custom orders cannot be returned. BestTread™ must be returned in their original packaging. To make a return, please fill out the form below and submit. A customer service agent will contact you within 3 business days.

We will replace any items that are defective (manufacturing defect) or damaged. All claims for damages (concealed or otherwise) must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@besttread.com.

Return Shipping

Please send all returns to 2 Todd Court, Yaphank, New York, 11980.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s) unless it is deemed the treads have a manufacturing defect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refusing orders that are not damaged will result in the customer being charged the shipping costs (both directions) as well as the 20%  restocking fee.
